All our devices/products are backed by a 12-month warranty (some items such as accessories have a separate warranty so please check prior to purchase or contact us for assistance). Should your device/product fail to function or operate within this period, please email us at info@aegiscollective.com with the following details:
- Order Number
- Detailed Description of the Issue
- Image/Video Illustrating the Issue
Upon receiving your email, an assessment will be conducted. We strive to respond within 24 hours, offering a range of options to address the issue.
*Our 12-month Warranty does not cover theft, loss, or abuse of the device.
*Please note our soft goods have a separate warranty. Further details can be found on the specific product page.
Refunds:
We offer a 14-day window from the date of receipt for refunds. If you do encounter any issues within this period, please email info@aegiscollective.com with the following:
- Order Number
- Detailed Explanation
- Image/Video Illustrating the Issue
Upon receiving your email, an assessment will be conducted. We strive to respond within 24 hours, offering a range of options to address the issue. Shipping costs are non-refundable (if they apply) when the package has been sent/delivered. Claims for refunds regarding specifications are not accepted as specifications are stated on our website.
Aegis Collective does not cover the expenses for customer return shipping nor supply customers with return shipping labels.
Adjustments and Cancellations:
If adjustments to your order are needed such as address or cancellations you must notify us within 48 hours of the package being shipped. Beyond this point, it is difficult for us to retrieve or redirect the package as it has passed the point of no return.

Aegis Collective adheres to a zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment, discrimination, and blackmail. We will not consider requests or queries that violate this policy under any circumstances.
