Night Vision Devices Warranty

Aegis Collective proudly offers a 24-month warranty on our night vision products, effective from the date of receipt. This warranty covers any material and craftsmanship issues under normal use and is valid for the original purchaser from the purchase date.

Warranty Coverage:

• We will repair or replace defective products within this period.
• The customer is responsible for shipping costs for both sending and returning the item, unless otherwise specified.

Warranty Exclusions:

• Misuse or unintended use
• Damage from unauthorized alterations or repairs
• Discontinued products without available parts or replacements
• Use in unapproved housings
• Normal wear and tear, mishandling, or use with incompatible or low-quality equipment
• Damage from exposure to bright light, such as daylight, especially for Auto-gated Image Intensifier Tubes

• This warranty is exclusive and overrides all other warranties, including statutory, expressed, or implied warranties, particularly those of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose.
