This item is backed by a 12-month warranty. Should your device/product fail to function or operate within this period, please email us at info@aegiscollective.com with the following details:

  • Detailed Description of the Issue
  • Image/Video Illustrating the Issue

Upon receiving your email, an assessment will be conducted. We strive to respond within 24 hours, offering a range of options to address the issue.
*Our 12-month Warranty does not cover theft, loss, or abuse of the device.
